GRADE LEVEL PARTICIPATION

All teams will be comprised of players from the grade level in which they are participating. Fourth grade students will participate on a fourth grade team, fifth grade students will participate on a fifth grade team and so on.  The 2009 Corridor Classic youth football tournament is a  tackle football tournament for players in 4th through 7th grade. Each participant must bring and present proof of grade in school.  (Proof could be a letter from the school, school ID, report card and etc).  

WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

4th Grade:
All offensive backs, receivers and tight ends must be 105 lbs or under to
play their respective position and to carry the ball.

5th Grade:
All offensive backs, receivers and tight ends must be 120 lbs or under to
play their respective position and to carry the ball.

6th Grade:
All offensive backs, receivers and tight ends must be 130 lbs or under to
play their respective position and to carry the ball.

7th Grade:
There are no weight restrictions for the 7th grade division.

All ball carriers and receivers will be weighed and must comply with stated weight 
requirements to play the ball carrier positions. A 5 pound allowance will be given 
to players at weigh-in if they are in complete uniform (less helmets). 

Backs, receivers and tight ends that want to be considered ball carriers must
have a jersey with an allowable number. All players over the ball carrier weight are
considered lineman and must have a jersey numbered 50-79.
